Hollywood Branded Inc. was hired by Freightliner to produce and obtain distribution for a cable TV documentary for the launch of the newest truck on the road, the Cascadia. Freightliner engineers threw out the regular playbook on heavy duty trucks to build the Cascadia. Then, they tested, retested, and then kept on testing to manufacture the most reliable aerodynamic truck with an ultra-quiet and safe cab.

Hollywood Branded sourced and partnered with appropriate filmmakers, editors, directors, actors, music licensors, cable networks and foreign rights distribution teams to produce the project. Our agency also brought in relevant brand partners to offset filming costs and create broad promotional partnerships. The video was composed of content shot during the original build-out and testing of the Cascadia, along with additional footage our films crews shot in both Portland and the Los Angeles vicinity. The additional shoots included interviews with owner operators, drivers and industry trucking experts.
