HARMON KARDON ON PARKS AND RECREATION
Hollywood Branded Secures Print Ad Exposure
in Season 2 Episode
Synopsis:

The comedic minds that produced The Office and Saturday Night Live have created Parks and Recreation. Amy Poehler plays Leslie Knope, a mid-level government employee, who is trying to convert an abandoned construction pit into a usable community park while a documentary camera crew follows her every step and misstep. In her path are the typical defensive bureaucrats, selfish neighbors, real estate developers and single-issue fanatics determined to prevent her from doing any good in her community.

What Hollywood Branded Inc. Did:

Our Hollywood Branded division secured the placement of a print ad for the Harman Kardon GLA-55 audio system in the Summer Catalog episode, when Tom informs his team that he enjoys viewing advertisements and compares the Summer Events Catalog to them. He goes on to explain that he fast forwards through programming just to watch the commercials and clips any print advertisement he believes interesting. At this point, we see Tom tape his favorite ads on the office wall including the Harman Kardon GLA-55 print ad with the words “Harman /Kardon” clearly visible.

Episode: Summer Catalog; Season 2, Episode 20 – March 25, 2010

Preparing the Summer Events Catalog, Leslie decides to take Ron Swanson (Nick Offerman) and the past directors of the Parks Department out for a picnic lunch. Tom Haverford (Aziz Ansari) enlists the help of Ann Perkins (Rashida Jones) and Mark Brendanawicz (Paul Schneider) to pose for the cover photo.
