To accomplish this, we use an inbound marketing software platform called Hubspot, a team of dedicated content producers and writers, SEO experts, and designers who all work together to build a digital platform of content around your brand that will prove valuable to your current and future customers. This creates direct, naturally generated interactions with your potential customers and produces relationship building results that have a positive impact on sales… and massive engagement!

THE SOFTWARE WE SUGGEST

We bought Hubspot simply because it’s one of the easiest tools we’ve found that can be learned by anyone on a sales or marketing team. It’s friendly, and even your newbie, in-house sales team hire can be up and running working off of it almost immediately.

Side Note: By purchasing Hubspot through Hollywood Branded, we’re able to provide it to you without the upfront training fees that you would pay on their site directly to them, since we’ll be providing the training/consulting. To from our own experience. The software is billed upfront for the annual time frame. Regardless of who you purchase it from, you own it – not Hollywood Branded.

To save money as adding bought lists by your sales team in the thousands of possible leads can add up quickly – we suggest running MailChimp, Active Campaign or Constant Contact for new email list solicitations, with links built in to the content for anyone who engages with the email to then be transferred automatically over to Hubspot. It can save thousands of dollars every month, and ensures your Hubspot leads are legit vs dead leads.

WHICH HUBSPOT PROGRAM YOU NEED TO BUY

Costs are based on your email list size, and are comparable to other options – the slightly higher cost is well worth it. Pricing starts at $800 per month, with 2,000 CRM leads included, and is $50 more for each 1,000 added. As your CRM grows, pricing will increase.

You can start with a 3,000 lead list, at $900 per month.
$10,800 if purchased through Hollywood Branded.
$13,800 if purchased directly (we save you the training costs).

Full Sales CRM

The Hubspot CRM can also align with Salesforce or you can get rid of Salesforce or other CRMs entirely. You can get into very high level detail in segmenting the type of individual by their Persona.

Personas are the types of individuals we are marketing to, which we work with you to further define and build out. Each individual type of customer needs different content created to get – and keep, their attention. Personas allow you to target what type of information you want to send out.

Email Newsletter

These can be a weekly grouping of blogs that are sent out to everyone subscribed in the CRM (you subscribe them, or they can sign up on your website and subscribe). It can also be used to send out sales information, or other drip campaigns with sales and content information. We will be working with your team to build these.

Sequences are scheduled (up to 5) emails that go out to an individual that is set up in the CRM, that your sales team chooses what content, and when to send. It removes having them calendar “email Richie in 2 weeks if I haven’t heard back” and if Richie hasn’t responded to an earlier email, or the sales person hasn’t updated that Richie has called in the CRM, will trigger an email to go out. It’s a major times saver. We will be working with your team to build these.

Templates – We help you build template emails for your marketing and sales outreach. These are continuously
added to as we create new content to share.

Deal Tracking

allows you to see where your Inbound Marketing Program is converting to successful sales conversations by your team.

Tasks
allow your sales team to use the software to set reminders to call, follow up with an email or make sure to send a content piece.
Meeting Scheduler

helps streamline conversations. We use a calendar call scheduler to run our lives, which is linked to Outlook, and preset with open time frames available for meetings or calls. The individual scheduling simply chooses
a time that is listed as available, never seeing your calendar, and only seeing time frames available, as it instantly updates with Microsoft365. We use another software called ScheduleOnce for non-Microsoft365 users. This makes your sales team have a very easy time setting appointments, which you can track.

Lead Scoring

allows your team to decide who actually is worth following up with and helps remove any clutter.

Landing Pages
The landing page form and offer extremely easy to build out and implement in Hubspot. This is what your Inbound Prospect sees and provide their information to get access to your content. Each entry is tracked by the CRM.
Blog
Your blog is the magic that makes Inbound Marketing work. We’ll be writing 2 to 5 blogs a week to swiftly build up your digital footprint and make more people find you. It’s the #1 way people typically learn about our business, and then we grab their contact information when they click a CTA (call to action) that allows them to input their information to download an e-book, watch a video, or see an infographic.
Keywords

Keywords are magic, and are in fact a big part of our creating blogs. There are two types of keywords – short tail and long tail. Basically all this means is that we try to make sure that a group of words that a prospective customer might type in to a search engine, leads to your blog, website or other content. This is also why social media on Google+ is so important. We’ve found that our content that we create and push out through social media, as well as our general social media that we post on a daily basis, actually leads to a tremendous amount of inbound traffic.

Ad Buying & Tracking
This is a new feature to Hubspot, and it tracks where your dollars are actually getting leads, allowing us to swiftly tweak and improve upon the ad buying strategy.

We use this to house your blogs and other customized content we create, and to build your landing pages from for visitors (who get captured in the CRM) to fill in their information to download the content they want to see. Content creation
Blogging, Infographics, Videos, Tutorials, Trend Reports, Surveys and e-Books that either we create, or work with your team to do. We suggest starting with 2 blogs per week and building to 4 blogs per week. 16 blogs per month is a game changer for inbound marketing site visits.
