This Korean coffee chain has 1,600 locations worldwide, is still growing in the US and and is a challenger to Starbucks in China. This joint strategic partnership resulted in increased brand awareness for both the brand as well as the feature film property, and brought the film into a retail store setting where traditional advertising is not available to purchase.
In the film, the film’s $95,000-day Park Metropolis Downtown features a penthouse suite with a 100-seat cinema, a bowling alley, dual helipads and a private Caffebene, as discussed in Wired magazine.
