Productions Branded, a division of Hollywood Branded Inc., focuses on the production side of the entertainment industry. Working with productions of all sizes, we help to reduce and offset the cost of creating and marketing TV shows, Feature Films, Video Games, Web Series, Music Videos and Events. Our agency creates below the line cost savings via product placement and brand integration as well as promotional alliance partnerships and licensing extensions.

PRODUCTIONS BRANDED
While our Hollywood Branded division works with dozens of brands to help them find content partners, our Productions Branded division is solely there to help your production save money through trade or loan of product, possibly find some extra money for storyline integrations (this should not be your goal), or marketers who will help more consumers become aware of your property. During early planning stages, the production hires our agency to source and provide all of the following elements, which are needed throughout the entire shooting process:

STAGE ONE
PROJECT ANALYSIS & STRATEGY PLANNING
1. After initial reading and review of the script(s), we will analyze the content for appropriate brand product placement, brand integration, and brand promotional alliance opportunities based upon target audience and storyline.
Product placement and brand integration opportunities may include scripted verbal mention of brand, insert usage of Brand, hands on usage of Brand, foreground and background placement of brand, wardrobe items, transportation, locations, as well as placement of brand advertising materials including signage, point of purchase, et al.
Part of our unique strategy and service offering is that we establish an estimated return on investment (ROI) metric for each brand participation opportunity in order to establish planned pricing metrics for brand payment. The ROI metric tool we utilize is one which we have developed over many years, utilizing all available research data. Our ROI evaluation is by top media agencies as being one of the best and most evolved within the industry.
2. Working with your promotional marketing department, we will outline a cohesive brand-friendly entertainment marketing alliance strategy that includes Product Placement and Promotional Marketing, and denote where we will work in tandem with your promotional marketing department.
3. Customized marketing materials will be created in order to provide brand and brand agency partners all relevant information required for participation decisions.
This customized package will include a synopsis of the property with relevant production details including cast, executives, timing, distribution and an overview of specific opportunities, which will be accompanied by the property’s script, when relevant and available.
4. A designated support staff dedicated to servicing the production will be provided by Productions Branded, and will:
Communicate directly with the designated production representative(s) and department heads to create Product Placement, Brand Integration, and Promotional Alliance strategy.
Attend client meetings and/or be available for conference calls to discuss, establish and review strategic direction, marketing goals and marketing platforms.
