For the assistant portion of the job, it requires answering phones, monitoring TV/films for placement exposure, clipping videos and creating mini video reels for clients, research, presentation materials for clients, reading and breaking down scripts, assisting with shipping products to shows and being an assistant for whatever is asked of you among other duties.

For the social part of the job, it requires understanding (or the ability to quickly learn) inbound marketing platforms such as Hubspot, a keen eye for creating graphics for social media – including infographics and single image posts, writing blogs that are relevant to product placement and celebrity endorsement, familiarity with social media platforms and a phenomenal ability to write interesting and not boring social posts. You would also play an instrumental role in our blogger and social influencer outreach programs.
