
Stacy Jones, CEO of marketing agency Hollywood Branded, notes that “In-N-Out has always been a cultural icon in California,” adding that “it’s simple, it’s nostalgic, it’s accessible and it’s affordable.”
Plus, it has a level of cool. “It could have just as easily been Jack in the Box or McDonald’s, but In-N-Out has a different feel to it,” Jones adds. “It’s not the same as just fast food — it has just a little bit more of a sheen to it.”
