This policy does not govern third-party websites, platforms or services that we do not control. Those services have their own privacy practices. Client campaigns, talent or creator programs, employment applications, production listings or separately branded experiences may also include a more specific notice at the point of collection.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it and provide an appropriate notice. Payment card details are generally processed by payment providers and are not stored in full by Hollywood Branded.

EEA, UK + INTERNATIONAL VISITORS.

If you interact with us from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for restricted transfers, such as approved standard contractual clauses or another legally recognized mechanism.
