Program Overview:
The HB Playbook program is delivered over a series of four 90-minute workshop sessions. There is no homework between workshop sessions, and an updated draft of the HB Playbook will be provided after each session, so that you have a running record of all work accomplished. Our team will be additionally building out sample opportunities that align to the overall strategy, which will be presented during the final meeting. All program outcomes recorded in the HB Playbook can be leveraged internally within your team, and across your agency partners, to ensure consistency and accuracy of your branded messaging and portrayal in Hollywood.

SPECIFIC PROGRAM ACTIVATION BASED ON HB PLAYBOOK STRATEGY

Note: Discounts are provided with the activation of multiple programs. Accurate pricing and suggested programs will be quoted upon completion of your customized HB Playbook. You will also receive a $10k discount toward any activation campaigns if you sign within 30-days of completing your HB Playbook.

$40k for a 6-Month Agreement or $60k for a 12-Month Agreement

  • Access to our database of ongoing opportunities, and weekly updates on curated opportunities specific for your brand
  • These are often larger partnerships and are contracted to guarantee opportunities for bigger in-content moments (verbal mentions, storylines, messaging, hero moments etc.)

Activation fees will be required and typically vary from $150k to $1M+

Comprehensive Programs

$60k – $500k+ Depending on Length and Complexity of Campaign

  • Development of ongoing programs or individual projects that support the penetration of your brand into the Hollywood landscape
  • Also includes larger partnerships and are contracted guarantee opportunities for bigger in-content moments (verbal mentions, etc.)
  • Pricing is determined by program length, life stage of brand, estimated opportunities, type of brand category, advertiser level, product availability, inventory needs, legal paperwork and contracting.
  • Partner fees may vary from trade/loan of product, up to $1M+
Influencer + Celebrity Partnerships

Influencer | Celebrity Partnership Build Out + Activation

Campaign Prep + Build: $30k

  • Digital assessment + a review of your website, marketing collateral, and social presence: starting at $2.5k
  • Modification or creation of brand educational materials: starting at $2.5k
  • Determination of which partnership elements to activate: $2.5k
  • Expansion of HB Playbook with specific campaign tactics, deliverables, and timelines to meet your goals: Starting at $7.5k
  • Creation of offer letter template: starting at $7.5k/project
  • Research + development of potential partner list for client selection: $7.5k/project

Campaign Activation: $12.5k+ depending on scope

  • Customization of offer letters for each influencer: $500 per influencer
  • Negotiation + contract partnerships: 10% Of Fee; or minimum of $10k/partner
