The business of being there

An event is not a logo in a room.

A real-world moment can make a brand feel present in culture because people were there, made something, met someone, or saw the thing everyone else was talking about. The room, invitation, energy, content and reason to care have to work together.

HB brings entertainment relationships, creative ideas, brand partners, operational detail and distribution thinking together from the start. That lets us design an event around the job it has to do - not just the footprint it has to fill.

01 / Build Demand

Make people want in.

Launch, awareness, trial, new audiences and cultural relevance.

02 / Build Relationships

Put the right people together.

Talent, media, creators, partners, buyers, VIPs and communities.

03 / Build Momentum

Make the moment travel.

Content, PR, paid extensions, retail action and the next opportunity.

Where HB can build it

The right room changes everything.

We source and build experiences across entertainment, culture, community and commerce. Sometimes the strongest choice is an existing cultural property. Sometimes it is a completely ownable experience. The job is to find the place where your audience already has energy - then give the brand a role that belongs there.

How brands show up

We build the experience and what it does next.

HB can source the sponsorship rights, build the activation, or create the entire cultural experience. The point is never to place a logo in a room. It is to give people a reason to participate, make the brand useful, and create a story that keeps moving.

Strategy + sourcing

Cultural calendar mapping, opportunity evaluation, sponsorship review, partner outreach, guest strategy, budget modeling and market selection.

Creative + partnerships

Brand role, activation concepts, talent and creator integration, rights, programming, environments and content planning.

Production + execution

Fabrication, vendors, staffing, hospitality, product handling, logistics, run-of-show, permits and real-time problem solving.

Content + amplification

Photo and video capture, creator content, PR, paid extensions, social distribution, reporting and next-step optimization.

The event is not one night

Make it matter in the room. Then make it travel.

Every event needs a pre-event reason to care, a live experience worth being part of, and a plan to turn the moment into content, relationships, media and action after the doors close.

Before

Build anticipation.

Partnership announcement, guest strategy, press angle, creator outreach, invitations, teaser content, retail hooks and a clear reason to show up.

During

Give people something to do.

Useful product interaction, talent moments, hospitality, content capture, media access, sensory detail and an experience worth sharing.

After

Turn it into momentum.

Coverage, social assets, paid reach, retailer and partner follow-up, lead nurture, content rights, measurement and the next cultural move.

From strategy to experience to growth

Build it before the doors open.

The best event work is designed backward from the business result, then engineered forward from the cultural moment.

01 / Playbook

Define the win

Clarify audience, action, value, budget, KPIs and the proof needed.

02 / Radar

Find the moment

Identify the partnership, platform or owned occasion with real fit.

03 / Access

Open the door

Secure rights, partners, organizers, talent and the right guest strategy.

04 / Produce

Build the experience

Design the role, activation, operations, staffing, content and live plan.

05 / Amplify

Make it travel

Capture, distribute and extend the story through PR, creators and paid reach.

06 / Grow

Turn data into action

Measure, learn, retain what worked and make the next moment stronger.

A room with a reason

When the experience carries a bigger story.

Hollywood (un)Branded / Comic-Con

We created the room everyone wanted to be in.

The TV Insider Hollywood (un)Branded Lounge brought entertainment media, celebrity talent and interactive brand experiences together during San Diego Comic-Con. Brands became part of what talent did and what media captured - not a logo added around the edges.

Purpose, product and entertainment in one place.

Measure the business value

Not just the crowd.

The measurement plan belongs in the event plan from day one. The right KPIs depend on the job the activation needs to do.

Reach

Media coverage, social reach, creator views, paid extensions and usable content assets.

Participation

Qualified attendance, dwell time, sampling, demos, registrations and interaction.

Consideration

Brand lift, sentiment, search behavior, audience learning and partner perception.

Action

Leads, retail movement, commerce, sign-ups, tickets, visitation and next-step conversion.

What brands ask us

Questions before we build.

Can HB build a brand-owned event as well as plug into an existing one?

Yes. We can identify and activate the right cultural platform, or build a completely ownable experience when that is the smarter strategic move.

Do events work for brands without celebrity talent?

Absolutely. The draw can be the setting, a product experience, a cultural partnership, a compelling story world or the community itself. Talent can add value, but it is never the only reason an event earns attention.

When should experiential planning begin?

For major cultural events, six to twelve months creates the best range of options. Smaller activations can move faster, but access, rights, talent, fabrication, permits, product and content all improve with planning time.

Can an event connect to entertainment, talent or a production partnership?

That is one of HB’s strongest lanes. We can build the live experience around an entertainment or cultural partnership, then extend it through press, creators, social, retail and broader media.

How do you keep an event from becoming an expensive one-night moment?

We build the capture plan, press angle, creator involvement, paid extensions, assets, partner follow-up and measurement framework before the event itself. The room is the start of the campaign, not the end.

What can HB handle?

Strategy, sourcing, negotiations, creative development, talent and creator coordination, production, staffing, product logistics, hospitality, content capture, PR, amplification and reporting.
