A real financial picture. Writers room to premiere.
Roadmap is where we get specific about the money – and the point where Hollywood Branded decides whether to move forward with full representation.
Available after Blueprint. Invoiced after request – payable by Stripe or PayPal.
The kind of analysis a financier can actually use.
We build out exactly which brand categories fit your production, what trade value you could realistically capture, what a paid integration might be worth, and what amplification could look like around your release. This isn't a marketing deck – it's a real assessment of upside.
Haven't done Blueprint yet? Start there →Brand opportunity doesn't just live on screen.
Most productions never think about brand opportunity as something that runs the whole length of the process. We do – and Roadmap is where we lay it out, moment by moment, from the first writers room meeting through premiere. See the full ecosystem approach →
Script, character and story-fit opportunities identified while creative is still flexible.
Props, sets, wardrobe, transportation, locations, travel and category needs mapped before spend locks.
Trade, paid integrations and on-set brand logistics coordinated while cameras are rolling.
Cast and crew gifting, wrap support and partner deliverables organized before the production disperses.
Junkets, gifting suites, events and co-promotional opportunities built around the release runway.
Brand-funded amplification, launch activity and the long-tail plan extend the value after release.
F1: The Movie, mapped exactly this way.
An expensive production to make – race cars, tracks, gear, uniforms. This is what Roadmap-style mapping found across trade, paid, and amplify on that one film.
Cars, tech, and gear on screen at no cost to the studio – budget lines covered before a single day of shooting.
Cash integration fees for sponsor branding on cars and uniforms – two deals, Expensify and PEAK Sports, closed on the same film.
Brand-funded promotion once the deals existed – Grand Prix activations, influencer campaigns, three music videos. $600M+ in publicity value the studio never had to buy.
We work with a lot of productions, and not every one is the right fit for us to actively represent – that might be about genre, timing, budget, or where you are in the process. That's not a reflection on the quality of your work.
Here's the important part: even if we don't move forward together, you keep the Roadmap. That financial analysis is yours – use it with investors, other partners, however you want. You're not paying for a maybe. You're paying for a real piece of work either way.
Step 2 of 4: Roadmap.
$2,500 – priority placement in Radar.
$7,500 – the real financial analysis. You are here.
From $15,000 base – the full readiness package: strategy, contracts and deal templates, education and training, decks and sales materials, internal alignment tools, clearance/process documentation, and execution infrastructure.
If HB Moves ForwardFrom $2,500/mo – this is when HB goes to market: active brand outreach, pitching, conversation management, negotiation, and relationship follow-up on your production's behalf.
Client Access OnlyOne deal usually covers the whole program.
A real example, not a hypothetical – a feature film, six months to shoot, High-Value cluster.
| Blueprint | $2,500 |
| Roadmap | $7,500 |
| Trade, Paid + Amplify Kit | $15,000 |
| Monthly Active – Paid + Trade, 2 sprints (6 mo) | $60,000 |
| Program Investment | $85,000 |
| Brand cash integration fee (HB negotiated) | $500,000 |
| HB activation fee | –$150,000 |
| Net to Production, This Deal Alone | $350,000 |
One closed deal at this scale nets more than four times the full program investment – and Monthly Active often produces more than one.
Straight answers, before you ask.
What happens if you say no to representation after Roadmap?
You keep the analysis. It's yours to use with financiers or other partners. What you don't get is HB's active representation, because that's the thing HB is selective about.
Is Roadmap just categories, or does it cover the whole production?
The whole lifecycle – from the first writers room and cast meeting through premiere, including wrap gifting, craft services, travel and local partnerships, film festival activation, and press junkets.
Does representation mean I can't work with other agencies?
HB requires exclusivity in the categories it's actively representing – this protects the relationships HB builds on your behalf. A system exists for your own team or freelancers to plug into rather than compete.
What if I'm cash-constrained?
Up to 30% of your program investment can convert to backend equity instead of cash. Activation fees on closed deals are always earned in cash.
How do I pay for Roadmap?
Hollywood Branded sends an invoice for $7,500, payable by Stripe or PayPal, after your Blueprint is complete.

Submit the same intake our team reviews for every production. Once approved, we'll send an invoice for $7,500, payable by Stripe or PayPal. Work starts when it's paid.
Exclusivity. HB requires exclusivity in the categories it's actively representing for your production – this protects the relationships built on your behalf. A system exists for your own team or freelancers to plug into rather than compete with HB.
Cash-constrained? Up to 30% of your program investment can convert to backend equity instead of cash. HB's activation fee – the commission on deals closed – is always earned in cash, so HB stays fully motivated to close deals regardless of that arrangement.
