Your production has
brand value you're not collecting.
Trade, cash integration, and marketing campaigns funded by brands, not your budget. Get inside the system that has secured 10,000+ partnerships over 18 years.
No cost to list. No obligation to start.
Not a licensing agency. Not a placement vendor.
We build the demand, negotiate the deal, and manage it through wrap.
Free Product
Vehicles, wardrobe, tech, and more – sourced and cleared for on-screen use, at no cost to your budget.
Cash Fees
Guaranteed screen time, character use, and verbal mentions – negotiated the way a brand's own team would want it done.
Brand-Funded Marketing
Co-promotion, media dollars, and PR that extend your reach at festivals, premieres, and awards season.
Trade, paid, and amplify work for any production. Licensing works if yours has ownable characters, format, or world.
St. Dalfour's partnership with Emily in Paris wasn't a placement deal – it was IP licensing, with retail expansion into 40+ retailers off the back of the show's identity, not a single integration fee.

There are four commercial stages. They are not the same thing as the [HB] delivery framework below. This is simply how a production moves from being considered to being actively represented.
1. Free Listing + Radar Review
Every production can submit. Distributed productions are reviewed against HB's current client roster at no cost. Department heads can also submit trade needs for review. No fee, no guarantee, no active pitching.
Start Free →2. Blueprint
Priority positioning in Radar across the broader flow of brands entering the network. Blueprint is the first paid step and the required starting point if you want to be considered for active representation.
See Blueprint →3. Roadmap
The financial and opportunity analysis: realistic trade, paid integration, licensing and amplification potential across the lifecycle of your production. This is also HB's representation decision point.
See Roadmap →4. Active Representation
If HB moves forward, we build the full Playbook Package - strategy, contracts, education, decks, internal tools, clearance/process documentation and execution infrastructure - then Monthly Active is when HB goes to market, pitches brands, manages conversations and negotiates on your behalf. Activation fees are earned when deals close. Studio and slate programs are scoped here too.
See How We Deliver →The simplest way to remember it: Free Listing → Blueprint → Roadmap → Active Representation. You can stop after any completed stage. Active representation is selective, not automatically purchased.
Radar has two speeds. Here's what each actually gets you.
Both tiers mean HB is looking at your production. What differs is how often, and against how much of the network.
A Snapshot, Rechecked Periodically
"We like your project for our current clients. We'll get it in front of them."
A point-in-time check against the existing roster. HB re-verifies free listings periodically to keep the pool current – distribution status and fit can change, and so can your listing.
Continuously Positioned, Not Just Checked Once
"We'll put you at higher priority within our network to get in front of the brands coming in every day."
The fee covers the work of scoring and programming you into that daily flow correctly – ongoing priority, not a one-time look. This is also the required first step if you want HB actively pitching you, not just visible.
Six stages of the work. Separate from the four-stage engagement path.
The engagement path explains how you enter and buy. This framework explains what Hollywood Branded actually does - from strategy through repeat growth.
We define the strategy and build the infrastructure required to sell, educate, contract and execute before outreach scales.
We match and prioritize your production against live brand demand. Free review and paid priority are two access levels inside this stage.
Existing relationships open doors cold outreach can't.
Unlocks After RoadmapDeal negotiation, contracts, and on-set execution, fully coordinated.
Client Access OnlyThe brand's own marketing extends your reach.
Client Access OnlyWrap reporting, renewed representation, repeat-production savings.
Client Access OnlyAn expensive production to make – race cars, tracks, gear, uniforms. Brand partners covered a real piece of it three different ways.
What this costs your team, and whether it's too late.

"Brand partnerships should serve the production and the brand simultaneously, or they're not worth doing." That premise hasn't changed since Stacy founded Hollywood Branded in 2007, building it from the first automotive placements at Universal and Paramount into the full-stack agency it is today – 10,000+ partnerships executed, personally leading the strategy behind every one.
Backed by a 30+ person team, including Chelsea Collins (SVP, Head of the HB Engine, anchoring every fee negotiation) and Michael Lieberman (Executive Director, anchoring talent partnerships) – but Stacy is who sets the strategy on every production HB represents.
18 years of results across every format.
Expensify x F1 gets the headline. It's one integration out of thousands – here's a wider sample of what brand partnerships have actually returned.
Productions and networks HB has been hired to represent include Fear Factor (FOX/Hulu), Ghost Hunters, Pickler & Ben (Scripps), My Fair Wedding and the David Tutera wedding series (WE tv), RuPaul's Drag Race, Road to the Altar, and titles produced with Pilgrim Films + TV, Paramount, and Fox – alongside feature films including Faster, Drive, Trespass, Drive Angry, Stolen, A Thousand Words, Dinner for Schmucks, No Strings Attached, and Somewhere.
