Three-month minimum sprints. Broader vendor/category or warehousing scope can increase workload.
NICHE
Paid only: $2,500/mo · Paid + Trade: $5,000/mo
STANDARD

HIGH-VALUE
Paid only: $7,500/mo · Paid + Trade: $10,000/mo
Two percentages matter most.
HB earns 30% when we negotiate the deal and 20% when the production already negotiated and HB executes.
Add only what the opportunity needs.
Transparent project economics.
After any applicable subscription or retained program fee, the working project budget follows the same HB delivery architecture. The destination of the direct working budget changes by project, but the operating logic stays consistent.
Negotiation + Deal Architecture
Sourcing, vetting, contracting, commercial terms, rights, legal coordination and stakeholder management.
HB Team Time to Produce + Activate
Project management, approvals, content capture, talent logistics, production coordination, creator management, reporting, amplification and execution.
Direct Working Budget
Money going directly into the people and work that bring the program to life - production partners, talent, creators, media, vendors, content, events and other direct activation costs.
The 70% destination is project-specific. A licensing program, branded-content build, creator campaign, event, media program or production integration will each use that working budget differently.
Why We Have Rate-Card Minimums
Our systems and relationships can make execution faster. HB should not be penalized for being efficient. Minimums compensate the agency for the outcome and responsibility, not simply the number of hours it took to get there.
How The Program Self-Balances
Some projects run lighter because the systems worked. Others run heavier because approvals, logistics, sourcing or specialist support require more attention. Capacity moves to where the program actually needs it instead of forcing every project into the same staffing pattern.
The Playbook defines the strategy and commercial structure upfront. [HB]Network lets specialist roles plug in when needed while HB keeps the relationship, process, reporting and accountability centralized.
